1995

Certified by government of Mexico to conduct valuation work for the state; Conducted the largest valuation project in Mexican history for FNM (Mexican Railroad).

2000

Real Estate Appraisal division founded; Delivers appraisal of 27 sugar mill plants.

2003

Certified to provide services for PEMEX, Mexico’s largest petroleum company.

2004

Received first annual contract from SHCP (Mexican IRS) to conduct appraisals and auctions of seized assets and customs assets. Contract renewed yearly.

2005

Valuation and monetization of portfolio of 79 industrial buildings.

2007

Certified to provide taxation appraisals for Mexico City Treasury; Engaged to appraise 750,000 assets for BBVA Bancomer in 90 buildings, 2,000 branch offices and 18 warehouses; Purchased by Hilco Global

2009

Represented Komatsu and Mitutoyo industrial disposition transactions to sell factories and equipment.

2010

Sold 6.2 million Kgs (+150 ship containers) rolls of fabrics, confiscated by Mexico customs, in one lot, realizing USD $4.4M.

2011

Appraisals of M&E and RE for Defense Department and Luz y Fuerza del Centro, Market Value in excess of 10 billion US

2012

Kodak valuation and monetization deal completed for Guadalajara Plant

2013

Sold more than 500+ vehicles for Bonafont, Axa, Tlaxcala Government, Coppell and Pepsico Group.

2014

Otis Elevators monetization deal for 3 Plants in Nogales, Sonora. 780+ Vehicles sold in Auctions for Pepsico and SAE.

2015

Sold more than 1,000+ vehicles in Auctions for Cemex, Axa, IGSA, SAE, Pepsico Group, Infra, Lowe´s, Danone, Daimler Financial Services, Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma.

2016

Monetization of M&E for Etileno XXI (Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz), Valuation of M&E for P&G in 6 Plants, SAE Auctions (vehicles, M&E, jewerly, airplanes, ships and several items).
